The simple things that are good for our health are overlooked at times.  Although water is tasteless, it is vital to our health.  I’m in better mood during the days I drink enough water.  I credit water to the reason I haven’t been sick in the last few years.  The recommended intake varies for each individual because of different activity levels.  It’s recommended that you take your body weight (in pounds), divide it in half and drink that many ounces of water.  For example, a person who weighs 180 pounds would need 90 ounces of water a day.  Your urine should be clear when you’re drinking enough.  These are 7 reasons you must drink more water.
